Looking to expand for summer 2012

Kyda Creations is looking to expand its team of athletes in the fields of skimboarding and skateboarding/longboarding. We are looking for athletes that are stoked on our brand and have that je ne sais quoi or unaccountable quailty that makes them stand out from the pack. At this point we are only looking for local B.C. or West Coast riders (including Washington and California) we deem it an asset that any potential rider is able to hang with the crew in person. If you live outside of these regions feel free to email us anyway if you think you got what it takes. Some things that would get us stoked on you are:

To ride at a high level or to demostrate a willingness to improve through commitment (being stoked)

To have the ability to produce media (video and photos) on a regular basis

To be able to commit to at least one team tour during the summer months

To have skills outside of your given sport i.e. be able to organize events, draw, film, paint, edit, sell product, etc

To be approachable and genuine as a representative of Kyda

Most importantly, you have to have a beard …. not really but it might help your chances.

In return, we will hook you up with Kyda Creations’ gear and show you the ropes as only us beach bums can. We will make sure to watch your video and provide feedback, in a timely fashion.

P.S. To any artists or photographers that are interested in being part of the brand or want to work together on a project please email us as well. We are willing to put energy into something we believe in. Also, we are working on putting together some art shows over the winter so look out for news of those to drop in the next few weeks.
