Overcast’d

Well the day didn’t start off all that well. Not only did the weather look pretty iffy but Ladner got in a fender bender. After a few hours of dealing with that, Tim had only one thought in his mind… skimboarding. We dropped by Dane’s to grab: him, his pup and his video camera. Soon we were rippin’ on the 91 towards Balmer’s Beach. After arriving, it took ladner about 20 mins before he was in the groove killing a ollie-on flat bench with a bunch of sick combos. Dane manned the video camera and Lynch fooled around with his new flash taking some stills of the action. Eventually, everyone started skimmin’ messing around with switch tricks until the tide started to wash us out. Thats when Ladner came up with a crazy setup and Kyle slayed himself landing some sickies on it (sorry you will have to wait for the footy on this one). Anyway, we got a few videos in the works so get stoked for that and cross your fingers for some decent weather this fall.
