There is something really nice about rolling up to a vacant beach on a weekend, even if that weekend is in mid October and it’s windy and there is barely any tide… its still nice. Friday afternoon, Lynch headed to Balmer’s in White Rock for a near high tide sesh and managed to keep his body temp up long enough to have a really fun session on a weird little ollie-on set up. You might be asking how he got photos, if it was a solo mission? Well, to quote the man himself ”Getting a good action shot with the self timer is not the easiest thing in the world but if you give yourself enough time you are bound to get something half decent”. Saturday, Ladner helped Lynch move into his new pad in Ocean Park and soon the guys were loading up Lynch’s compact car with the now ancient but bullet proof metal bench set up. With a little back breaking effort the set up was on the beach in the only available spot: A rock filled pool with all kinds of sketchy things to hit. Soon Tim was destroying the bench and the gopro was busted out to capture some of the frozen fun. As usual the guys landed as many tricks as possible before the tide came in and washed them out. Here is hoping for more sun and maybe a heat wave (might be asking too much but whatever).
